Stop by the Lakeland Tax Collector Service Center (no taxes required!). This historic building was previously Publix Store No. 15, built in 1953. It’s been famously noted for its iconic use of art-deco style features in a grocery store setting. It also features a recreated tile mural, originally installed at a Publix store in Fort Lauderdale, and brought back to life by artist Tim Pitzen at the Lakeland Service Center.
