Accelerate 2030

Dear members, partners, colleagues and friends,

I am excited to share the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce’s 2024 Business Plan, including an overview of our new strategic plan Accelerate 2030.

The strategic plan roadmap sets a course for the Chamber to fulfill its vision as the premier catalyst for the advancement of Lakeland’s economic growth and enhancement of quality of life.

Our annual Business Plan describes the action items that will accelerate the strength of our business community, talent pipeline, leadership development and quality of life, defining Lakeland as Florida’s community of choice.

Accelerate 2030 is drawn from your feedback and incorporates research from local, regional, state and national partners.

The Chamber’s dedicated board of directors gave generously of their time and expertise as we researched, discussed and outlined these plans, and I am grateful for their commitment to the Chamber and the health of our community.
