The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation announced that Dr. Takiyah Dixon, Director of Business Resources of the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, has successfully graduated from its premier workforce development program, the TPM Academy®. Based on the Foundation’s Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) framework, this prestigious program equips leaders with strategies to develop employer-led, data-driven workforce solutions.
