Finding marketing tactics that don’t break the bank or take all your time can be a difficult task. You need resources that work for you. Here are some 2024 tips and tricks to help elevate your small business:
1. Create quality content
  • Quality content is where you begin to build trust and buzz within your following. Curating original content in the form of blog posts, photos, videos, podcasts, etc allows your brand to receive a personified level of representation and reach new SEO heights. 
2. Case Studies
  • Implementing “case studies” allows for real-world experiences within your company to be highlighted. These simply mean sharing customer and employee testimonials in which a problem arises and the company offers the solution whether it be through certain circumstances or with the use of the product or service
3. Make the most of your social platforms
  • Every business has different things that work. Play around with scheduling platforms, learn how to utilize insights, and establish a posting regime that reaches the optimal amount of consumers. 
4. Explore paid advertising
  • Sometimes, all you need is that little push. With payment plans available to businesses across most social platforms, you can easily boost views on your posts to generate more traction. However, it is still up to you to ensure the posts hold quality, as mentioned before. 
5. Giveaways and contests
  • A surefire way to gain traction within the media is a giveaway. Everyone loves the shot at something free. If it is feasible for your brand, consider something such as “3 random winners receiving a gift certificate for liking and sharing this post”. This puts attention on your brand in a positive light. 
6. Loyalty programs
  • Loyalty programs are also a strong initiative. They are a way to entice consumers to visit frequently, with small rewards as they do. This could be done through a digital platform in which rewards link to their phone numbers, or even something as simple as a punch card.
7. Ask for consumer feedback
  • A sure-fire way to know what your consumers enjoy and want to see more of is to simply ask! 9 times out of 10, you will have an audience willing to participate in voicing their opinions if you give them the opportunity. This could be something like an email or Google survey in which they can express their voices. 

Initiating these 7 tactics into your marketing strategy could create a world of difference. Not only does it create more attention for the brand, but hopefully creates loyal customers to stick by your brand in the process.
