LAKELAND, FL – Tinsley Creative – a full-service brand management firm – is pleased to announce several
new hires and a promotion as the agency embraces growth. During the past year, Tinsley Creative’s client base
has grown and expanded by venturing into several new industries. The addition of these new team members will
help ensure that the Tinsley Creative Team can continue to elevate client brands with unmatched customer
service and creativity.

Sarah Pera joins Tinsley Creative as a Digital Brand Developer. She recently graduated from Valencia
College with a degree in Graphic and Interactive Design. She brings experience in website design from
Empire State Ventures, freelance work with Salvation Army Lakeland, and graphic design work with her
local church. Her duties with Tinsley Creative will include website and graphic design for the firm’s
clients to elevate the firm’s established and new portfolio of clients.
Victoria Henderson joins Tinsley Creative as a Brand Manager. She has a bachelor’s degree in Mass
Communications from the University of South Florida. She brings years of experience telling
client/customer stories through her previous work with Hall Communications and Max 98.3. Her duties
with Tinsley Creative will include assisting clients with strategic development and execution of day to
day marketing efforts that are needed to grow and expand their brands.
Kaitlyn Marcum joins Tinsley Creative as a Social Brand Developer. She has a bachelor’s degree in
Psychological Sciences from Western Kentucky University. Working for United Way of Central Florida
for five years, she brings experience in data analytics, managing several campaign accounts, and
tracking data trends. Her duties with Tinsley Creative will include managing the firm’s client’s social
media accounts and content creation to tell brand stories.
Drew Marcum joins Tinsley Creative as a Brand Developer. He has a degree in Graphic Design and
brings 5 years of experience from fusionZone Automotive as an OEM Compliance Manager, UX
Designer, as well as Implementation Manager. He designed incentive offer banners, email blasts,
website audits, and several other digital graphics for over 500 automotive dealerships. His duties with
Tinsley Creative will include graphic design to elevate the firm’s established and new portfolio of clients.
Meghn Hill has been promoted to Director of Web Development. As a graduate of the University of
South Florida, she brought over 10 years of experience in web design and marketing to Tinsley Creative
as a web developer. With this new role, she will be leading the web team with strategic planning,
development, and implementation to ensure technical/visual quality as well as performance.
