Davenport, FL (Oct. 8, 2021) – Central Florida’s Visitor Information Center (CFVIC) will host the trick-or-treating event “Ghosts, Goblins & Goodies” on Saturday, Oct. 30. This FREE, family-friendly event will take place from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. including trick-or-treating, a pumpkin carving contest (see entry details below), and local vendors. Costumes are welcome.

Attendees will have an opportunity to buy one discounted LEGOLAND Florida Resort or Bok Tower Gardens ticket and get a second ticket free (of the same) for tickets purchased at CFVIC during the event. These BOGO tickets are sold by credit card payment only, while supplies last. CFVIC attraction ticket prices are already discounted, making this an especially attractive offer.

Prizes for the Pumpkin Carving Contest will be awarded at 1 p.m. to conclude the event. Note: Entries for the contest must be submitted in advance of the event and will be accepted all day on Thursday and Friday, Oct. 28 and 29, for display and judging. Entries will compete in three age groups: 3 to 9 years old, 10 to 15 years old, and 16 years to adult.

The CFVIC is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week, and is located at 101 Adventure Court in Davenport (along U.S. Highway 27), a half-mile south of I-4 at Exit 55. In addition to assisting visitors, and residents, by providing tourism information about Polk County, the center also sells discounted attraction tickets for many Central Florida attractions including LEGOLAND Florida Resort, Bok Tower Gardens, and most Orlando area attractions.
