Belk’s Fall Charity Sale is set for Friday, October 9 through Sunday, October 11. They are reaching out to 501(c)3 organizations in the community so you can consider including Belk’s Charity Sale in your upcoming fundraising plans.

The Charity Sale is a shopping event dedicated to supporting local 501(c)3 non-profit organizations. Participating charities will have the opportunity to raise money for their organization by selling event tickets at $5 each and keeping 100% of ticket proceeds. Ticket holders will receive $10 off  + 20% – 60% off of Belk purchases storewide, including special savings on rarely-discounted brands. It is a win-win! Over the past six years, $60 million has been raised for over 6,000 charities located in Belk’s 16-state market area.

This year, things will be done a little differently. The Charity Sale will be a three-day event held during regular store hours October 9 – 11. That’s right, no more early morning hours volunteering at the store! Also, no more pre-sale! Customers may now pre-shop. Exclusive to cardholders, pre-shop will begin on Friday, October 2. Cardholders will be able to redeem their coupons online and in-store (up to 3 times) and take home their merchandise immediately.

Interested in signing up your non-profit? Belk’s gone paperless:

They’ve created an online form where charities can sign up to participate. Go to to confirm your participation in our October and/or November Charity Sales.

If you need assistance with signing up, please email Alicia Calero at or contact the store at 863.688.7872 ext.210. If you are in need of paper tickets, please let them know and they will be happy to supply you with some.

Belk is partnering with Donately to make purchasing tickets online a breeze. You’ll be able to share a link and simple instructions for your donors to purchase an electronic ticket. Proceeds from online ticket purchases will route directly to your account via Stripe. Please note: there is a $0.61 processing fee per $5 donation.
