Now is the time to invest in yourself and your career. There are various leadership events and programs at the Chamber that cover topics like public service, advocacy, economic development and entrepreneurship.

As a young professional, it’s important to get involved. That's why we provide opportunities for our members to take on leadership roles within the organization and volunteer in the community.

Volunteer outreach is a big part of our mission, because we know that through enriching our communities we are investing in the future of Lakeland. Our Chamber is partnering with Polk County Public Schools to provide support to faculty and students. Help out with our annual Non-Profit Appreciation event, community festival The BIG Event, mentor a middle or high school student involved in our Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) program or participate in our "Chamber Cares" program which will help introduce our investors to the many non-profit and cultural arts opportunities that are available right in our own backyard.
