The Lakeland Sail and Power Squadron, Inc., presents free safe boating seminars. The safety and comfort of those who venture out on the water have always been weather dependent. This seminar serves as an introduction to the basics of weather and forecasting. Each seminar participant will receive a waterproof Captain's Quick Guide "On Board Weather Forecasting" for on board use.
