MIDFLORIDA Mayfaire by-the-Lake . Please Note --> This is a Past Event!! .

Mark your calendars now for the 41st annual MIDFLORIDA Mayfaire by-the-Lake 2012, which is set for 9 a.m. on May 12 and May 13. Mayfaire is a free community weekend that features children's art activities, musical performances and food, all centered around beautiful, award-winning art. Approximately 180 artists will exhibit on the picturesque shores of Lake Morton. Mayfaire Saturday Night, a free street party at the Lake Mirror Promenade, will be held from 5 to 11 p.m. on May 12 and features live music and fireworks over the lake at about 9 p.m. Bring a blanket and chairs, and come and enjoy the night! Don't forget to visit LakelandRunnersClub.com to register for the Mayfaire Classic 5K race, also held on the Lake Mirror Promenade. We are currently seeking volunteers who would like to help on May 11, 12 or 13. Volunteer duties include artist hospitality, driving Mayfaire shuttles, handing out surveys, breakfast delivery, etc. If you are interested, please contact Brenda or Maya at 863.688.7743, ext. 237. In addition, we always appreciate sponsorships and donations. Mayfaire provides an excellent opportunity to have your name or your company's name showcased for the entire weekend.
