The Chamber is governed by a 43-member board of directors representing the demographic makeup of the Lakeland business community. These dedicated volunteers support the members and staff with their service.

In addition to the board of directors, the Chamber is supported by two elite membership groups that offer executive networking and bundled Chamber benefits. The Chairman’s Circle, founded in 2004, provides a unique business forum for senior level executives to meet, build relationships and participate in strategic marketing and membership events. The Trustees, founded in 2009, is perfect for mid-sized companies looking to build involvement in Chamber programs and services.
