The Chamber is governed by a 43-member board of directors representing the demographic makeup of the Lakeland business community. These dedicated volunteers support the members and staff with their service.

In addition to the board of directors, the Chamber is supported by two elite membership groups that offer executive networking and bundled Chamber benefits.

Chairman's Circle

To unite as business leaders to advance the economic growth of member businesses of the Chairman’s Circle and Lakeland Area Chamber Of Commerce.

The Chairman’s Circle was founded in the Fall of 2003 to provide a business forum for senior level executives to meet with one another, build relationships and participate in strategic marketing and membership events to enhance their own business and the overall Lakeland business community.

One of the major assets this Chamber has in continuing to meet the needs of Lakeland’s businesses is the strength of the leadership and financial contributions of the members of the Chairman’s Circle.

Trustees

In 2009, The Chamber introduced a new level of membership designed for mid-sized companies looking to build involvement in its programs and services. Trustees members gain added recognition and bundled benefits to provide the opportunities to establish contacts and network with top-level professionals in our community. Benefits of involvement in this program include event participation, specialized networking opportunities and strategic marketing assistance. Together, this group of members has elected to take the next step in growth, community involvement and increased visibility.
